Terms and Conditions
These conditions describe the services in the European Union offered by Pullpy, hereinafter referred to as the distributor. The conditions record the responsibilities when not or inadequately delivering services.
By purchasing services from Pullpy, you agree to these conditions. If you do not agree, you are requested not to use the services.
These conditions specify the nature and extent of the services that Pullpy offers, including general terms and conditions of the services, contract conditions and the procedure for submitting complaints.

Delivery
The delivery takes place within a maximum of 2 days of receipt of payment, unless there are special circumstances. Shipping costs are communicated when placing your order and are added to the costs of the products. All products are normally available directly from stock, but sometimes a product cannot be available temporarily. In that case we will inform you and deliver the product as quickly as possible.
For shipments within the Netherlands, packages are sent via PostNL. If a package is not collected at the collection point and is returned to us, the customer must pay the costs of a new shipment. This amount is €4,95, since we also have to bear these costs.
Change in the delivery address
The order is delivered to the address that you specified when ordering. If you discover an error in the delivery address after you have placed the order, please contact us as soon as possible via support@pullpy.nl. However, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed after confirming the order. We are not liable for deliveries to a incorrectly specified address.
Cancellation of order
Once confirmed orders cannot be canceled or changed. We cannot guarantee that we will take note of your requests for cancellation or change in time. To cancel or change an order, contact us via support@pullpy.nl, and state your order number.
General Terms and Conditions
The products are supplied via bpost. PostNL is used for shipments within the Netherlands. As a customer you are obliged to receive the goods personally. The conditions for ordering and paying can be found on the Bpost and PostNL website.
Problems with your order
We strive for your full satisfaction with our products and services. If there is a problem with your order, please contact a local distributor. We will do our best to find a suitable solution and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Missing or defective products
We strive to ensure that your order is handled carefully. If a product is missing or not arriving in good condition, please contact us via within 14 days support@pullpy.nl. Always state the order number. We will send the product again. We do not take note of reports after 14 days.
Quality control
Our products are strictly checked for quality. If you believe that a product does not meet the quality requirements, please contact us via support@pullpy.nl. If we receive a message about a manufacturing error, we will replace the product free of charge. If the product needs to be returned, we will send a replacement product after receiving the returned product. We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns. If further research shows that the product was defective, we will also reimburse the return costs.
PAYMENT
Orders can be placed worldwide via the internet. In some countries, advance payment is only possible via the system on the website.

Payment by payment card: The store accepts Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. Transaction costs will be charged in the implementation of the agreement after approval by the store. Information about the acceptance of the order will be sent by e-mail.

Payment by bank transfer: Payment is possible after placing the order. The customer can transfer the money via the internet, at a bank or post office. An account number is sent by e-mail. The order will be processed after receipt of the amount on the bank account of the store.
Reimbursements and too many amounts paid
According to the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, a consumer can dissolve a distance agreement within 14 calendar days for no reason, with the exception of the costs for returning. To return the product, fill in the contact form on the website with an explanation why you return the product. Retour is only possible if the product is untouched and unopened, contains the original labels, and does not show any traces of use. The customer pays the shipping costs for the return shipment.

If we are obliged to make a refund, this will happen within 14 working days. If the payment is made via payment card or electronic transfer, the refund will be made to the payment card or bank account of where the payment originally came. In the case of a traditional bank transfer, delivery or when the bank account number cannot be identified, the reimbursement is made to the customer's account. Too many amounts paid are transferred to the customer's bank account on request. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the customer who requires a refund. We are not responsible for failures or delays in repayments if the customer passes on incorrect personal information.
Final provisions
Pullpy reserves the right to make unilateral changes to the rules of the services and the costs. Changes take effect from the moment they are included in the regulations. The changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.
