We offer a 30 -day return guarantee. Because we strongly believe in the power of Pullpy, we ask you in the event of dissatisfaction to consistently use the product for 14 days. This is because we believe in the positive effects of oil pulling and they sometimes need time. Give your body the chance to detox and really improve your oral health!

📦 Return step -by -step plan (follow all steps accurately)
1. Return all items that you want to return in the package. Put a note in the box with your name and order number, that makes it a lot easier for us when returning!
2. Take a photo as proof of the products in the box.
3. Send the package to the above address via a shipping method with a track and trace code.
4. Send us an email with your name and order number, the reason for return and a short explanation of what is still in the package and what is used or unused. Also add the photo taken and the track and trace code.
5. As soon as the return has been received, checked and approved, we will refund the purchase amount of the items via your original payment method.
Repayment
The purchase amount of the returned product (s) will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the discrimination. No costs will be charged for the reimbursement. We then wait with the reimbursement until all products have been received or until you have shown to have returned the products.
Please note, if shipping costs have been paid for orders under € 49.95, these shipping costs will not be reimbursed. These are costs for the senders and this is fully charged to the customer.
